No honeypot behaviour: buy and sell both executable at 0% tax
Anti-rug posture: renounced ownership, no mint, no blacklist, no proxy

Centralised exchanges

Legal entity details, incorporation documents and beneficial ownership
Team KYC with the exchange's compliance provider
Independent smart-contract audit report and remediation summary
Legal opinion that the token is not a security in target jurisdictions
Market-maker agreement and committed initial liquidity depth
Sustained volume, holder count and distribution metrics over 30–90 days
Technical integration pack: node/RPC endpoints, deposit and withdrawal testing
